SU employs artificial intelligence personas (collectively, “AI Analysts”) to generate pre-resolution articles (covering active, unresolved markets) and post-resolution articles (covering markets that have reached a final outcome). These AI Analysts may be identified by name within the content but are not real persons and do not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of any individual human analyst, journalist, or employee of SU.
AI-Generated Content may include, without limitation: market probability assessments, momentum analyses, position analyses (YES/NO), verdict statements, scenario projections, frequently asked questions and answers, and structured data elements such as comparison tables and statistical summaries. All such content is algorithmically derived from available Market Data and publicly available information at the time of generation.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY MARKET ODDS, IMPLIED PROBABILITIES, PRICE TARGETS, VERDICT STATEMENTS, OR ANALYTICAL CONCLUSIONS, DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS, GAMBLING ADVICE, OR WAGERING GUIDANCE OF ANY KIND.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may share links to AI-Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such sharing does not imply endorsement by SU and includes proper attribution to Lines.com as the source.
By accessing AI-Generated Content, you retain all rights you otherwise possess under applicable law, subject to the following:
1. Right to Access: You may access and read AI-Generated Content on the Lines.com Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes, subject to these SLS Terms.

3. No Right to Rely: You acknowledge that AI-Generated Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and that you have no right to rely on such content for any financial, legal, or consequential purpose.
4. Responsibility for Verification: You are solely responsible for independently verifying any Market Data, statistical claims, or factual assertions contained in AI-Generated Content before acting on such information.
5. Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of AI-Generated Content and Market Data complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including any restrictions on prediction market participation in your jurisdiction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SU, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
1. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-Generated Content or Market Data, regardless of whether such errors result from algorithmic limitations, data feed issues, or any other cause.
2. Any decisions made or actions taken by you in reliance on AI-Generated Content or Market Data, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, wagering losses, or opportunity costs.
3. Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of AI-Generated Content or Market Data feeds, whether temporary or permanent.
4. Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or misuse of AI-Generated Content by third parties.
5. Any discrepancies between AI-Generated Content and the actual outcome of events, markets, or predictions described therein.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, and regardless of whether SU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SU reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the AI-Generated Content services, including but not limited to: the frequency of content generation, the Prediction Market Providers from which Market Data is sourced, the AI systems and models used to generate content, the article formats and analytical frameworks employed, and the types of markets covered. SU shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
1. With respect to any messages, information, data, graphics, photographs, images, creative ideas, statistics, advice, predictions, concepts, know-how, techniques, suggestions or improvements or other content that you transmit, submit, post or upload to the Lines.com Site and/or in connection with any of the Services (each, a “Message”), you are, by transmitting or uploading such Message, granting SU a perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, worldwide and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, prepare derivative works based upon, and distribute such Message for any purpose, in any form and via any media now known or later developed. This license is granted automatically and no payment of any kind will be due to you. At times, SU may solicit messages from users. Your provision of any such Messages in response to a solicitation by SU shall be subject to a grant of a license to SU as specified above.
2. When users post Messages to the Lines.com Site or any of the Services, SU shall have the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit or delete any such Messages for any reason, at SU’s sole and exclusive discretion. It is SU’s policy to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and court orders which request or require SU to disclose personal information or the postings of anyone posting Messages to the Lines.com Site or any of the Services, in accordance with the Terms. Although SU may monitor and/or review Messages from time to time, it is under no obligation to do so and does not assume any liability or responsibility with respect to any Messages including those that contain errors, defamatory content, pornography, profanity or inaccuracies.

You acknowledge and agree that SU may preserve Messages and may also disclose Messages if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms, including the SLS Terms; (c) respond to claims that any Message violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SU, its users and the public.
