Skilled defenseman whose stick-handling, skating, and passing abilities are exceptional, but stride & foot speed are average. Nonetheless, he shows quarterback ability and good offensive upside, despite his smaller stature. Sees time as a PP QB, due to his excellent vision and hockey smarts. The question is can he improve upon it and actually be able to do the same in the pro game. He was selected to the roster for the World Junior Under-18 Tournament in April.
