Under-rated defenseman who is a solid one to one defender, moves smoothly in all directions and has excellent passing skills. High character player who wears a letter, and is more than hockey smart, but always ready to expand his on-ice hockey knowledge. Is a very good outlet passer out of his end in transition. He also is a pin point power play passer. He needs to add a bit more straight line speed and a half gear, but he looks like he has got many parts already in place. All the pieces are in place as a future NHL defenseman on the defensive side, but there is a limited offensive side in place at this time to balance his performance offensively.
