A tall skinny winger who is an excellent stickhandler, balanced skater and puck battler with soft hands. Plays strong on the stick and gets his shots off even under heavy pressure, and his grit helps him bull to the front. Leans into his turns and finds open pockets escaping pressure. He is very hard to control. Possesses a strong anchor and wins pucks in the battle areas, the wall, and the front. A good stickhandler with great pace and draws the enemy close only to set up a look. Springs open to receive his teammates scoring passes. Was a member of the Canada’s 2021 IIHF Under-18 World Championship team where he stood out on the fourth line with smart play, hands and skill to effectively make a difference offensively without the flash of most of his teammates.
