An under six foot right hander defender currently playing for Charlottetown Islanders in the QMJHL. Displays an excellent skating stride, with his head up and reading the as he looks at his options in his possessions. Has very accuracy with his in stride passes, and his four direction movements allows turns away from attackers, surprise pinches that ned up as quick cuts to the high slot. Will sneak down the weak side wall and make one-touch passes to the middle. His stick is on the ice a lot, ready for one-timers. Makes the transition passes, has a good hockey sense, and a lot of his progression this season will determine if he truly has the skating base to be a strong two-way defender or tweener delegated to the low end on his future team’s dee corps.
