Has a good physical aspect to his play and a nice skill set that includes good footwork for a bigger player, and navigation skills although you would like his over all quickness to continue to improve. Has the confidence in his carries to walk past coverage, and uses a little stutter step to surprise in his direction changes. Has a heavy snap shot and great hands in tight. Protects the puck down low and is smart when he doesn’t have it. Supports his teammates in their offensive carries. Battles for loose pucks. Has all the tools to continue on an upward progression of development.
