Big tall Swedish defender still getting his game together. Has good mobility, puck handling skills, and some jam he spreads when you get near his blue paint. Confident with his deciosn and the puck, he threads a brilliant break in pass and is improving as a power play force. You would like to see him use his size and strength more in his end and use them instead of relying on stick checks out there. There is a lot to like in this longer term developmental player who could surprise down the road. This tall defender with good wheels passing abilty and a blossoming offensive side. Is an effective activating down low as a trailer in the offensive end. Can thread the needle on the long transition pass. Strong power play performer. Needs to play to his size, and be stronger on his carries. Is able to clear the front and throw his weight around, but doesn't choose to do so effectively. Consistency is an issue that he can most improve on as he goes forward.
