Forwards in the Q can sometime be a challenge to project. Not necessarily whether or not they will become pros, but whether their efforts in junior can translate as they climb the steps. (Here is where I could start to mention Jakub Voracek and others.) No one can deny what Phillips can do: he is a finisher, but not overly fast or big.
