William McIsaac

A big mobile right shot defenseman who keeps opposing forwards to the outside with leans into them over going for the flashy big hit. His gap control on the rush is goods he uses huis above average lateral mobility to stay with his check. Skating is mechanically sound but he needs to gain some explosiveness to aid him in keeping pace with the much quicker pro game. Plays simple when manning the point, and must learning better decision making as he will throw pucks to the net when there are more suitable possession plays available. His lack of an offensive game limits him as a possible pro to a bottom pair role, but has the skating, size, and defensive IQ to project as a guy who will play NHL games.
