This defense-first prospect has room to grow into his frame, and is a solid skater well-schooled in his position through the USA Developmental program.  He wins the 50/50 pucks, clears his crease area,, has a good active stick, blocks shots, pins and seals in his end, and makes clean breakouts and outlet passes.
