Reid Schaefer

A power winger who gains 39 pounds and four inches in the last four years and suddenly got his co-ordination and hockey popping. A big hulk of player who started scoring in bunches in the second half of this season, at more than a point per games since Christmas. Always competitive physical, he now displays much improved hands and goal scoring ability with the addition of that 39 pounds of muscle. Is a crash and banger who dominates down below the circles in the attack zone. Sure, he still lacks first step quickness and lateral agility but his skating stride is strong and powerful. Physically intimidates defenseman down by the corners. Wins all one on oe battles and plants himself in front of the net. His aggression in the attack zone gives his line mates a bit more room when he is exploding the opposition.
