Thick Swiss defender with good size and tenacity. Plays hard and physical and makes the transition pass out of his end well. Uses his stick to disrupt cross ice passes. Good shot blocker. Displays a strong hard point shot. Plays a simple game well. Has to be viewed as a long term prospect because his skating and mobility will need further development.
