Last season’s QMJHL’s Defensive Rookie of the year is an effective power play quarterback who walks the line laterally to open lanes and make plays in the offensive zone. Has little trouble skating the puck out of his end and makes accurate outlet passes. Displays a high hockey IQ and has a sneaky heavy shot. His biggest obstacle will be his size, as he can easily be pushed around at his current under six foot and 160 lbs. How can he box out the opposition or moving them? Will need to add muscle or risk being strictly a pose play specialist at what ever higher levels ascends to.
