German off-handed right wing who was viewed as a scorer - playmaker who has slowly developed a defensive game. Has quick hands and his stocky build does well for him in tight spaces.  His agility is good but needs to quicker up ice and refine his shooting angles. Strong, stocky off-handed winger who passes the puck extremely well. He is an offensive player first and foremost. After a nondescript showing at the Gretky-Hlinka, he rebounded with a decent two way effort at the Four Nations showing strong feet and played like bloodhound pressuring puck carriers and chasing pucks on the forecheck. Even saw time on the penalty-kill, played a smart offensive game away from the puck, getting to open seams ready for passes.Displays quick hands and needs only a little room to be a deadly scorer. Plays on the penalty kill. The hope that he would be a scoring factor in the the World Juniors were fuffilled. Possesses a hard accurate shot and is an quick, agile attacker. He continues to improve his defensive game. Can be pushed off the puck, so it will take some time for him to build muscle mass and strength.
