OHL rookie with an up tempo offensive game based on his top-end speed, soft hands, and accurately placed shots. Will one-touch pass the puck and has a good instincts, “feel,” and vision -- and will take shots at top speed too. So fast at top gear that he surprises defenders who are in retrieval mode by closing the space on them and either stealing pucks or causing them to make bad passes. Not close to a finished player; still quits early on his check and gets moved off many pucks in his possession. He needs to get stronger and grow his game.
