Easton Cowan

Smart fast undersized centre-wing who plays a strong 200 foot game never taking a shift off a has excellent vision, hockey sense, and passing skills. He is really good skater who balanced but the wideness in his hunched stance doesn't generate enough power to be a blazer, but has the ability with his cleverness be creative, worked the cycle and is an excellent playmaker off the give and go, and passes well enough to string passing plays with his line mates. He establishes body position and gets pucks to the center in the attack zone. He comes to play for 60 minutes and excels as a penalty killer. Had an exceptional OHL playoff. He may be slight not super fast, but plays like a bulldog that can take a bite out of the enemy with his stick-to- it-ness, and high end passing skills.
