Corson Ceulemans

A smooth four-direction mobile defender with terrific feet, good size, pro style passing ability and heavy a point shot. Has great skating control and shifts from one edge to the other effortlessly as he weighs his options in the attack zone. He will sneak in down low when the opportunity presents itself. In open ice, he displays great range and good decision making albeit he occasionally holds the puck a bit too long. He has a deceptive first gear that hew can turn on instantly. Has a good stick and is able to handle the pucks higher on the wall, intercept and hold them. Has excellent lateral agility and edging and it allows him to hold the line at both blue lines, offensive and defensive. His fluid back petal allows him to close gaps efficiently. An excellent passer who is still developing, but there is much to like that is in place. Was a member of the Canada’s 2021 IIHF Under-18 World Championship team.Committed to Wisconsin University.
