The 67 team was a machine that ran through the marquee prospects Rossi and Quinn and over-age offenseman Noel Hoefenmayer but Belanger still was able to accrue the the seventh best point total on the club and rank as the second highest scoring defender. He is a still in development mobile, puck moving defenseman with a nice skill set, good hockey IQ and an improving two way game.
