Pennsylvanian kid I saw that has the swagger glove and economy of movement, who plays remarkably similar to his predecessor with the Chippewa Steel, Adam Gajan. His also tall and ranging and with a hawk's vision in the crease. I was so surprised I watched more, and sure enough I am, of the opinion he is a carbon copy of Gajan,in size, skill, temperament, but he has got more bulk in his lower trunk. He is 6' 3" 185 right now, with a strong core that allows him sharp lateral movement, quick up-downs, strong positioning in the butterfly, so much so that in the NAHL if you don't paint the extreme corners, you just do not score on him.He was the last goalie cut from the US Hlinka-Gretky team in August. I don't expect him to jump into the high rankings because I think he's maybe shown his wares in 23 + games and a couple with the Sioux City Musketeers and he has committed to the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Minnesota. His metrics in Chippewa are almost a linear match of Adam Gajan's. It's not like selecting him later in the draft means we loaded up on a second Gajan; but I will be keeping an eye on his trajectory until the draft.
