Jamison Crowder is a wide receiver who plays for the New York Jets in the National Football League. Crowder has built a long and successful career in the NFL thanks to his ability to make explosive plays against multiple levels of opposing defenses. He is a consistent threat in the passing game no matter who he plays for.
Crowder went to high school at Monroe High School in Monroe, North Carolina. While there, he played football and basketball, and ran track. On the football field, Crowder had 43 total touchdowns in his final two seasons as a high school player. He was rated as a three-star recruit and chose to play his college football at Duke.
While at Duke University, Crowder was a starter for his final three years at the school. During his four seasons with the team, he caught over 280 passes, including 23 touchdown receptions. He had over 3,600 receiving yards and tied the ACC’s all-time record for receptions.
Jamison Crowder was drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. He spent four years in Washington, catching at least 50 balls in three of those four seasons. He moved onto the New York Jets in 2019, setting a career high with 78 receptions that season. Crowder has remained with the Jets since.
Jamison Crowder signed a three year, $28.5 million deal with the New York Jets in 2019. At the conclusion of his deal after the 2021 season, Crowder will have earned over $32 million in his career to that point.
Jamison Crowder is the son of James Crowder and Brenda Crowder. He has a younger brother named Jamaris Crowder. He does not appear to be in a relationship at this time and does not have any children.
