Strengths: Harvey is a very strong shooter, and that’s where his advantage will be gained come draft day. It’s tough to judge his exact talents because of the lack of competition in the Big Sky Conference, so his pre-draft workouts should help straighten things out. Along with shooting well both off-the-dribble and in catch-and-shoot situations, Harvey can get to the rim as well. He also has quick dribbling skills and moves very well.
Weaknesses: Along with his smaller size and lack of college competition, Harvey’s draft stock might take a hit due to his below-average defending and his occasional poor decision-making. All in all, his unique scoring ability should allow him to find a spot on an NBA team in round two of the draft.
