Comments: Petteway turned some heads when he decided to forego his senior season at Nebraska to enter the draft. He is a great scorer with incredible athleticism, but the consistency isn’t all there. His shot accuracy is nowhere near elite, and although that may have to do with a poor supporting cast at Nebraska, the NBA is no place for an inaccurate shooter. If he has some eye-popping workouts, it’s possible Petteway will land a late pick in the second round, but it would take a lot of good breaks for that to happen.
