Strengths: Grant is very fun to watch. As the nephew of Horace and brother of 76’er Jerami, this mid-sized guard can handle the ball and pass with the best of them. His 6.7 APG ratio was matched with just a 2.2 TPG (turnover-per-game) mark. He can certainly score off-the-dribble both with his jumper and at the rim. Grant is a fine defender with a keen ability to get in the passing lanes. He will certainly help any team right now with his overall great skill set.
Weaknesses: The ceiling for Grant is a little lower than some younger players due to his age. But he continued growing and improving throughout his senior year at Notre Dame, so we can’t write him off yet. At times, however, Grant can become a little lazy on defense, and his shot selection can falter to the point where he’s settling for bad shots.
