Ferrell’s stock would be much higher if he were not stuck in the bullpen. His fastball has been clocked as high as 98mph, and usually sits in the mid-90s. He is a two-pitch pitcher with a slider to go along with his fastball, but profiles as a relief pitcher due to his poor command.
